中医阴阳与免疫的关系初探

中医的阴阳是对自然界相互关联,相互对立的事物或现象属性的概括,阴阳的运动是事物发生发展变化的根本原因,阴阳的对立制约、互根互用、交感互藏、消长转化及自和平衡是事物运动变化的基本规律,阴阳二气的协调平衡是人体生理活动正常维持的基础,阴阳失衡则会导致疾病的发生。现代医学认为免疫是生物的一种应答过程,能够识别清除异己物质,维护机体生理功能正常。免疫系统的任一部分出现异常,免疫疾病随即发生。中医认为免疫疾病是内外因素共同作用的结果,外感六淫、先天不足、营卫失调、痰瘀内生、脏腑功能紊乱等皆可导致免疫疾病的发生。由于人体是由阴阳两部分组成的有机整体,阴阳的理论可以用于脏腑经络、精气血津液、营卫及气机升降出入之间关系的阐释。免疫疾病的致病因素从一定程度上讲属于阴阳失衡的表现,本文就中医阴阳与免疫的关系进行探索。

Discussing on the Relationship Between Yin and Yang of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Immunity

Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine is a generalization of the nature or the nature of things that are interconnected and opposite each other in nature. The movement of Yin and Yang is the root cause of the development of things. The opposition of Yin and Yang,mutual interaction,sympathetic mutual possession,and long-term transformation self-harmony is the basic law of the movement of things. The balance of Yin and Yang is the basis for the normal maintenance of human physiological activities,and imbalance of Yin and Yang can lead to the occurrence of diseases. Modern medicine believes that immunization is a biological response process that can recognize the removal of alien substances and maintain normal physiological functions of the body. Any part of the immune system is abnormal and an immune disease occurs. Chinese medicine believes that immune diseases are the result of internal and external factors. Exogenous six kinks,congenital deficiencies,dysprophylaxis,endogenous phlegm,and dysfunction of organs can all lead to the occurrence of immune diseases. Since the human body is an organic whole consisting of both Yin and Yang,the theory of Yin and Yang can be used to explain the relationship between organs and meridians,essences,blood and body fluids,and the movement of escort and lift. The pathogenic factors of immune diseases are to a certain extent the performance of imbalance of Yin and Yang. This article explores the relationship between Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine and immunity.
