焦虑、抑郁状态与中医体质的关系研究

目的:探讨焦虑、抑郁状态与中医体质的相关性。方法:选择132例因"情绪反应异常、病理性焦虑情况、精神运动不安、睡眠障碍、躯体症状"于我院脑病科就诊的患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行中医体质量表测评,分析焦虑、抑郁与中医体质的相关性。结果:132例患者中焦虑83例(62.88%),SAS评分(55.62±6.23)分,轻度焦虑39例,(46.99%),中度焦虑34例(40.96%),重度焦虑10例(12.05%)。抑郁75例(56.82%),SDS评分平均(58.17±6.05)分,轻度抑郁35例(46.67%),中度抑郁27例(36.00%),重度抑郁13例(17.33%)。单因素分析气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、瘀血质与焦虑状态有关(P<0.05),痰湿质、气郁质、气虚质、阳虚质与抑郁有关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果示湿热质[OR=1.689(95%CI:1.051~5.362,P=0.000)]、阴虚质[OR=2.316(95%CI:1.356~8.562,P=0.000)]与焦虑状态独立相关,阳虚质[OR=3.021(95%CI:0.264~5.619,P=0.000)]、气郁质[OR=2.053(95%CI:1.256~3.251,P=0.000)]与抑郁状态独立相关。结论:偏执体质与焦虑、抑郁的发生存在显著相关性。

Study on the Relation between Anxiety,Depression and Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To explore the correlation between anxiety,depression and TCM constitution.Methods:132 patients because of"abnormal emotional reaction,pathological anxiety,psychomotor disturbance"were selected as the subjects.All patients were assessed by TCM constitution scale,and the correlation between anxiety,depression and TCM constitution was analyzed.Results:Among 132 patients,83(62.88%)had anxiety,the SAS score(55.62±6.23),39(46.99%)had mild anxiety,34(40.96%)had moderate anxiety and 10(12.05%)had severe anxiety.There were 75 cases(56.82%)with depression,the average SDS score was(58.17±6.05),35 cases(46.67%)with mild depression,27 cases(36.00%)with moderate depression and 13 cases(17.33%)with severe depression.Univariate analysis showed that Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness,damp-heat and blood stasis were related to anxiety(P<0.05),while phlegm-dampness,Qi depression,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency were related to depression(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that damp-heat quality[OR=1.689(95%CI:1.051~5.362,P=0.000)],Yin deficiency quality[OR=2.316(95%CI:1.356~8.562,P=0.000)]were independently correlated with anxiety state,Yang deficiency quality[OR=3.021(95%CI:0.264~5.619,P=0.000)],depression quality[OR=2.053(95%CI:1.256~3.251,P=0.000)]were independently correlated with depression state.Conclusion:Paranoid constitution is significantly correlated with anxiety and depression.
