埋线疗法联合复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常痤疮50例

目的:观察埋线疗法联合口服复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:100例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组予埋线疗法及口服复方珍珠暗疮片,对照组予口服复方珍珠暗疮片。两组患者依皮损情况同时予局部处理(外涂夫西地酸乳膏)。结果:治疗组的总有效率为94%、临床治愈率34%,对照组分别为72%、12%,两组均有非常显着性差异(P<0.01)。综合分值、疗效指数,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:埋线疗法联合口服复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常痤疮疗效较好。

50 Cases of Acne Vulgaris Treated with Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang Pill

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of catgut embedding therapy combined with oral Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang Pill in treating acne vulgaris. Methods: 100patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group: n = 50, catgut embedding therapy combined with oral Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang Pill. Controlled group: n = 50,oral Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang Pill. The two groups of patients were treated locally according to the condition of skin lesions ( fusidic acid cream for external use). Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94% and the clinical cure rate was 34%. The controlled group was 72% and 12%,respectively. There were highly significant differences between the two groups ( P<0. 01). The composite score and the therapeutic index of the treatment group were superior to the controlled group ( P<0. 01). Conclusion: The catgut embedding therapy combined with oral Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang Pill is a gool regimen to treat acne vulgaris.
