艾灸联合熨烫治疗原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀证)150例疗效观察

目的:评价艾灸联合熨烫治疗原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀证)的临床有效性,以期为中医外治法治疗原发性痛经提供优化方案。方法:收集就诊于四川省中医院符合纳入标准的原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀证)患者150例,采用随机分组(治疗组75例,对照组75例),观察两组治疗后经行腹痛程度计分(VAS评分)、中医证候积分、CMSS量表积分、中医证候疗效、综合疗效等情况。结果:(1)在经行腹痛程度评分、中医证候积分、CMSS量表方面,两组治疗前后组内比较及两组治疗前后差值组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组治疗后疗效比较:①中医证候疗效比较:试验组有效率为90.14%,对照组有效率为62.12%,两组中医证候疗效比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;②综合疗效比较:试验组有效率为91.55%,对照组有效率为63.64%,两组综合疗效比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:艾灸联合熨烫对治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证具有确切疗效,能改善经行腹痛程度、中医证候及痛经症状平均严重程度,能缩短痛经症状发作总时间。

Curative Observation of Applying Moxibustion Combined with Ironing in the Ttreatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea (Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objectives:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with ironing for primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome). In order to provide an optimized plan for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with TCM external therapy. Methods:150 cases of primary dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome) in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. They were randomly divided into treatment group(75 cases) and controlled group(75 cases). The scores of abdominal pain(VAS score),TCM syndrome integral,CMSS scale integral,TCM syndrome curative effect and comprehensive curative effect were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results:(1)In terms of the degree of dysmenorrhea score,duration of abdominal pain,TCM syndrome integration and CMSS scale:Compared within groups before and after the treatment of the two groups,the differences of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). The comparison of the difference(pre-treatment score minus after-treatment score) before and after treatment between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2) Comparison of the curative effect of the two groups after the treatment:①The comparison of the curative effect about TCM syndrome:The effective rate of the trail group was 90.14%,while the controlled group was 62.12%. The difference about TCM syndromes of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).②Comparison of the comprehensive curative effect:The effective rate of the trail group was 91.55%,while the controlled group was 63.64%. The difference about comprehensive curative effect of the two groups had statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusions:Moxibustion combined with menstrual ironing is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,cold and blood stasis syndrome,which can improve the degree of abdominal pain,TCM syndromes and the average severity of dysmenorrhea,and shorten the total time of onset of dysmenorrhea symptoms.
