磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房对产妇泌乳的影响及安全性分析

目的:磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房对产妇泌乳的影响及安全性。方法:选取我院2016年8月~2017年10月150例产妇为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组产妇给予母婴同室常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房。比较两组的临床疗效、首次挤出乳汁的时间、泌乳量、产后3天内的泌乳情况及安全性。结果:治疗后观察组的首次挤出乳汁的时间明显短于对照组,泌乳量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后72小时泌乳率为100.0%,明显高于对照组的65.33%,泌乳始动时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后恢复明显优于对照组,产后出血少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为85.33%,明显高于对照组的65.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁珠压耳配合按摩乳房能够促使产妇早泌乳,增加泌乳量,且安全性较高,值得进一步推广使用。

Effects and Safety Analysis of Magnetic Beads Auricular Pressing Combined with Breast Massage on Lactation of Parturients

Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of magnetic beads auricular pressing combined with breast massage on lactation of parturients. Methods:150 cases of parturients from August 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected for the study objects and divided into controlled group and observation group with 75 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The controlled group was given routine rooming-in nursing,and the observation group was given magnetic beads auricular pressing combined with breast massage on the basis of the controlled group. The clinical efficacy,the time of first milk extrusion,lactation amount,lactation within 3 d after delivery and safety were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the time of first milk extrusion in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the controlled group,and the lactation amount was more than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The lactation rate at 72 h after delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(100.0% vs 65.33%),and the initiation time of lactation was significantly shorter than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The postpartum recovery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group,and the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(85.33% vs 65.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusions:Magnetic beads auricular pressing combined with breast massage can promote maternal early lactation,and increase lactation amount,and it has high safety,therefore it is worthy of further promotion and application.
