针灸推拿结合运动疗法在脑瘫康复中的应用效果分析

目的:探究针灸推拿结合运动疗法在脑瘫康复中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年7月至2017年7月至我院就诊的68例脑瘫患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患儿采用运动疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸及推拿治疗,观察两组患者不良反应,测定治疗前后患儿关节活动度,评定患儿运动功能(GFMF)及肌张力,评价治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率为85. 29%,显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后两组患儿中医症候积分显著降低(P <0. 05),观察组下降幅度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组中医症候疗效显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患儿治疗后GMFM、肌张力评分及关节活动度较治疗前均有不同程度的改善,治疗后观察组患儿各指标均显著优于对照组患儿(P <0. 05);两组患儿无严重不良反应。结论:针灸推拿结合运动疗法能显著改善脑瘫患儿运动功能,改善患儿临床症状及中医症候,效果显著,安全性良好。

Application effect of acupuncture and massage combined with exercise therapy in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy

Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture and massage combined with exercise therapy in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy.Methods 68 patients with cerebral palsy treated in the hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with exercise therapy,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of exercise therapy.Adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.The joint range of motion was measured before and after treatment.The motor function(GFMF),muscle tension and therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect on TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of GMFM and muscle tension and joint range of motion were improved to varying degrees,and the indexes were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy,relieve their clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms,with significant effect and safety.
