推拿治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎湿热证临床疗效观察

目的:观察推拿治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎湿热证的临床疗效。方法:采用意愿随机、连续数字法选取我院2016年3月~2018年3月收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿,分别纳入观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西医常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础之上增加推拿疗法。3天为1疗程。治疗3天后比较两组患儿的临床疗效、中医证候改善情况;治疗结束,对比腹泻停止时间、退热时间及大便恢复正常时间。结果:观察组临床有效率为93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后大便性状、大便次数、恶心呕吐、腹胀、苔黄腻等中医症候积分均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腹泻停止时间、退热时间以及大便恢复正常时间均较对照组缩短,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合西医基础治疗,能够提高小儿轮状病毒肠炎湿热证的临床疗效,促进临床症状改善,缩短腹泻时间,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Clinical Effect of Massage Used in Treating Children with Rotavirus Enteritis with Dampness-heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of using massage in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods:A total of 60 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and controlled group,with 30 patients in each group. The controlled group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group added massage therapy on the basis of the controlled group. The clinical effect,TCM syndromes and viral transference of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical efficiency of the observation group was 93.33% higher than that of the controlled group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group,the scores of TCM syndromes such as diarrhea urgency,fecal stink,white coating and inappetence after treatment were lower than those of the controlled group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment,16 cases of rotavirus positive detected in the observation group were lower than 24 cases in the controlled group,and 14 cases of rotavirus negative detected in the treatment group were higher than 6 cases in the controlled group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using massage combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis dampness and heat syndrome can improve the clinical treatment effect of children,improve their clinical symptoms and promote the virus to turn negative.
