基于扶阳学说灸药并用治疗Shy-Drager综合征直立性低血压疗效观察

目的:观察基于扶阳学说灸药并用治疗Shy-Drager综合征直立性低血压的临床疗效。方法:18例Shy-Dra-ger综合征直立性低血压病例均为我科门诊病例,按照就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各9例。治疗组采用艾灸和中药治疗,对照组采用西药米多君治疗。治疗1月后观察两组临床症状及血压变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为88. 9%,对照组总有效率为55. 6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),两组治疗28天后卧位和直立位收缩压及舒张压与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗组治疗28天后卧位和直立位收缩压及舒张压与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:基于扶阳学说灸药并用治疗Shy-Drager综合征直立性低血压是一种有效的方法。

Curative Observation of Applying Moxibustion and Medicine Combination Based on Fuyang Theory in the Treatment of Shy-Drager Syndrome Orthostatic Hypotension

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of applying moxibustion combined with medicione based on Fuyang theory in the treatment of Shy-Drager syndrome with orthostatic hypotension.Methods:Eighteen cases of orthostatic hypotension with Shy-Drager syndrome were all outpatients in our department.They were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and controlled group,9 cases per group.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine,the controlled group was treated with western medicine Miduojun.The clinical symptoms and changes of blood pressure in the two groups were observed after treatment on January.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.9%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 55.6%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared before and after 28 days of treatment in both groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in supine position and upright position between the treatment group and the controlled group 28 days after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective method to treat Shy-Drager syndrome orthostatic hypotension with moxibustion and medicine combination based on Fuyang theory.
