| 摘 要： | 叶天士所撰写《临证指南医案》内详细记载了脾胃病治疗的相关学术经验和学术渊源,在前人研究基础上,提出了脾胃分论治法,并创立了络病理论与胃阴学说,临床治疗善用虫蚁、辛香通络法、养胃阴法、两和肝胃法及宣胃阳法,对目前脾胃的治疗具有较高的指导价值。

| Abstract: | The academic experience and academic origins of spleen and stomach disease treatment have been detailed in YE Tianshi's Clinical Guide Medical Case. Based on the previous studies,the spleen and stomach treatment method have been proposed, and the theory of collateral disease and stomach have been established. Yin theory,clinical treatment of good use of insect ants,Xinxiang Tongluo Method,Yangwei Yin Method,Two Liver and Stomach Method and Xuanwei Yang Method,has had a high guiding value for the current treatment of the spleen and stomach. |
