耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸涌泉穴穴贴在高血压患者护理中的应用效果分析

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸涌泉穴穴贴在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择高血压患者138例,根据Excel随机表格法分为对照组和治疗组,各69例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗和常规护理,治疗组在此基础上采用耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸涌泉穴穴贴。7天为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。比较两组治疗疗效、治疗前后收缩压和舒张压、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:研究结果显示,治疗组总有效率为92.75%高于对照组总有效率的79.71%(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后收缩压和舒张压下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率为7.25%低于对照组并发症发生率的23.19%(P<0.05);治疗组护理满意度为91.30%高于对照组护理满意度的71.01%(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合吴茱萸涌泉穴穴贴在临床护理中的应用,可改善机体血压调节功能,可以减少并发症,收获更好的治疗疗效,提高护理满意度,值得进一步研究和推广。

Application of Auricular Acupoint Beans Combined with Evodia Yongquan Acupoint Sticking in Nursing Care for Patients with Hypertension

Objective: To observe the application effect of ear acupoint beans combined with Evodia Yongquan acupoint sticking in nursing of patients with hypertension. Methods: 138 patients with hypertension were selected and divided into controlled group and treatment group according to Excel random table method,69 cases in each group. The patients in the controlled group were given routine drug treatment and routine nursing,and the treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with Evodia Yongquan acupoint sticking. 7 days was a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. The therapeutic effects,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.75%,which was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The decrease of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The complication rate in the treatment group was 7.25%,which was lower than 23.19% in the controlled group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing was 91.30%,which was higher than that of the controlled group(71.01%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of auricular point pressure bean combined with Evodia Yongquan acupoint sticking can improve the function of regulating blood pressure,reduce complications,harvest better therapeutic effect and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of further research and promotion.
