罕见高温致职业性热射病的诊断分析

摘    要:职业性热射病发病急,病情进展快,严重影响劳动者身体健康和生命安全。受地理条件影响,职业性热射病在辽宁省发病率较低。2018年夏天因我省遭遇罕见的持续高温天气,我院完成了15例职业性热射病诊断。现对此进行分析。1临床资料1.1一般资料2018年夏季我院接诊高温中暑热射病患者15例,均为男性,年龄31~59岁。发病时间为2018年7月23日至2018年8月2日,发病时段集中在10:00~16:00。室外作业11例,气象资料显示中暑当日室外温度35~39.6℃;室内作业4例,均为高温高湿作业。详见表1。

Biological risk assessment and control of novel coronavirus in laboratories
Abstract:The epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia that broke out in Wuhan remains challenging and grim. It is spreading to several regions at home and abroad. On the basis of information currently available about the etiological characteristics, epidemiological patterns and clinical manifestations of novel coronavirus pneumonia, a number of laboratories have embarked on the routine detection and nucleic acid detection of the novel coronavirus. In order to ensure the biosafety of the environment and personnel in laboratories, the following measures are required: to assess the risks related to the specimens, personnel, process of experimentation, testing facilities, waste disposal and accidents with priorities to the work flow before, during and after detection, as well as multiple elements and links related to laboratory detection; to identify risk factors; and to take necessary precautions. These measures contribute to minimize the risk of the spread of novel coronavirus within health care institutions; standardize and guide the operations and personal protection in biologically safe laboratories and make more effort to ensure the safety and quality of health care. All these measures will be critical to subsequent prevention and control of the epidemic.
