中医护理干预对非特异性腰痛的疼痛及健康相关生活质量的影响研究

目的:观察中医护理干预对非特异性腰痛的疼痛和健康相关生活质量的影响。方法:选取60例非特异性腰痛患者随机单盲分为干预组和对照组。对照组30例行综合治疗和常规护理。干预组30例在对照组的基础上予以辨证施护及自我推拿等中医护理措施进行干预,观察两组患者干预前和干预第7天及第14天腰部疼痛及生活质量改善情况。结果:经中医护理干预后,两组腰痛量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康相关生活质量评分两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预可以有效减轻或缓解患者患者腰痛症状并能显著提高其生活质量。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Pain and Health-related Quality of Life in Non-specific Low Back Pain

Objective:To observe the effect of TCM nursing intervention on pain and health-related quality of life in non-specific low back pain. Methods:60 patients with non-specific low back pain were randomly divided into intervention group and controlled group. 30 cases in the controlled group received comprehensive treatment and routine nursing. On the basis of the controlled group,30 patients in the intervention group were intervened by TCM nursing measures such as syndrome differentiation nursing and self-massage. The lumbar pain and quality of life of the two groups were observed before and on the 7 th and 14 th day of intervention. Results:After TCM nursing intervention,the scores of low back pain scale between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and the scores of health-related quality of life between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with low back pain and significantly improve their quality of life.
