泽泻丹明饮治疗高脂血症50例

[目的]观察泽泻丹明饮治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]80例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例,对照组给予饮食及生活习惯的干预,治疗组应用泽泻丹明饮浓煎,取汁250mL,分2次口服,服药4周后,分别统计治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C含量。[结果]在80例病例中,除HDL-C外,TC、TG及LDL-C值治疗前均低于治疗后(P<0.05),并且治疗组血清TC、TG及LDL-C值均低于对照组(P<0.05),但HDL-C组与对照组相比,差别无意义。[结论]针对高脂血症的直接病因痰浊血瘀,更能兼顾肝肾亏虚的根本原因。选用活血化瘀、利湿降浊、补益肝肾之药泽泻丹明饮痰瘀同治和标本兼治高脂血症疗效满意。

Alisma Orientale Damine Drink Treatment of 80 Cases of Hyperlipidemia

[ Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy treatment for hyperlipoidemia patients with alisma orientale damine drink. [ Methods ] 80 patients were randomly divided into drug group （includes 50 patients） and control group（ includes 30 patients）. Control group was only treated with interfering meat, drink and living habits. Drug group was treated with the drug which was fryed by alisma orientale damine drink （125ml/day, twice every day）. We tested TC ,TG,HDL- C and LDL- C content of both control group and drug group before and after treatment 4 weeks. [ Results ] lower TC,TG and LDL - C level detected higher after treatment in two groups than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , TC, TG and LDL - C level of the drug group lower than control group. （P 〈 0.05） ;however there＇s no obvious difference at HDL - C between control group and drug group after treatment and before （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusions ] Treatment for hyperlipoidemia patients with alisma orientale damine drink can cure the directed factor Tanzuoxueyu and basic factor Ganshenkexu, so the drug can choose Huoxuehuayu lishijiangzuo Buyiganshen, alisma orientale damine drink , which can radical cure the hyperlipoidemia.
