| 摘 要： | 目的了解某种次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室检测。结果该消毒液有效氯含量为9.57%,经54℃恒温存放14d后,有效氯含量下降率为3.03%;以含有效氯500mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒液作用10mim,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀菌对数值5.00,对白色念珠菌作用20mim,平均杀菌对数值4.00。结论该次氯酸钠消毒液对细菌繁殖体,真菌具有比较好的杀菌效果,性能比较稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective To Observe the germicidal efficacy and disinfection -related properties of one sodium hypochlorite. Methods Suspension quantitative gernicidal test and physicochemical analytic method were used to deterine the property of sodium hypochlorite.
