非脱垂子宫阴式全子宫切除术35例分析

目的:评价非脱垂子宫阴式子宫切除术的手术方法及临床效果。方法:35例阴式子宫切除术为观察组,同期指征相近的35例腹式子宫切除术作为对照组,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间和术后住院时间。结果:观察组的手术时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中出血量、排气时间和术后住院天数均明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:非脱垂子宫阴式子宫切除术如选择好合适的病例,手术成功率高,较腹式子宫切除术损伤小,术中出血量少,腹腔干扰少,术后胃肠功能恢复早,住院时间短,腹壁无瘢痕,符合微创原则,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus
