多索茶碱治疗哮喘及慢性阻塞性肺病70例临床观察

目的：观察多索茶碱治疗喘息性疾病的效果。方法：多索茶碱与氨茶碱进行对比观察，治疗组共70例，用多索茶碱300mg加入5％的葡萄糖注射液250ml中静滴，每天一次，用药7天；对照组用氨茶碱注射液，每次250mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静滴，用药7天，观察两组患者临床疗效和两组患者肺功能参数。结果：临床疗效治疗组85．6％、对照组71．7％，FEV1治疗组总有效率为88．5％、对照组为75．0％，FEV1＼FVC治疗组总有效率为87．1％、对照组为73．3％，而不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。治疗组与对照组之间有显著性差异（P〈0．05）结论：多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺病疗效显著。

The clinical observation of doxofylline injection for 70 case of bronchial asthma and COPD

objective:To observe the effect of doxofylline injection for patients with bronchial asthma and COPD.Methods:Comparison between doxofylline and anfylline.70 case of the remedial group were treated for a week with intravenous infusion of 300mg of doxofylline injection which was added to 250ml of glucose,once a day.The control group were treated for a week with intravenous infusion of 250mg of aminophylline injection which was added to 250ml of glucose,once a day.The clinical curative effect of two group of patients was compared in the post-treatment.The lung function parameters of two groups are compared after post-treatment.Result:In the curative effect,the total effective rate was 85.6% in the doxifylline group and that was 71.7% in control group.In FEV1(forced expiratory volume one second),the total effective rate was 88.5% in the remedial group and that was 75.0% in control group.In the ratio of FEV1 to FVC(force vital capacity),the total effective rate was 87.1% in the remedial group and that was 73.3% in control group.The incident rate of adverse effect was lower than that of the control group obviously.There were significant differences between the doxofylline group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of doxofylline injection for patients with bronchial asthma and COPD is obvious.
