| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠状开颅去骨瓣双侧同时减压术治疗颅高压脑疝的疗效。方法我院1994年6月~2005年2月采用冠状开颅去骨瓣同时减压治疗颅高压脑疝患者68例。结果存活46例(67%),其中良好(JENNET-V级)5例(8%),轻残12例(18%),重残或植物生存29例(42%),死亡22例(33%)。结论冠状开颅去骨瓣双侧同时减压术可提高脑疝抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of Bifrontal operative decompression at the same time for treating the severe intracranial hypertension herniation. Methods From June 1994 to February 2005, there were 68 cases with severe intracranial hypertension herniation. Contrecoup were treated by using bitateral decompression at the same time. Results 46 cases were surived. Among them, good was in 5 cases (8%), mild disability 12 cases (18%). Severe disabitity or vegetative survivor 29 cases (42%), 22 cases died (33%). Conclusion Bifrontal operative decompression at the same time can obviously elevale the cure rale and improving rale for severe re intracranial hypertension herniation of brain. |
