实验性肝纤维化时贮脂细胞的变化及桃仁提取物对其影响

摘    要:采用免疫组化法检测肝脏石蜡切片中的贮脂细胞(FSC),发现肝纤维化预防对照组和治疗对照组的阳性细胞均明显多于正常大鼠,且以前者为显著。这反映 CCl_4造模初期 FSC 活化后增殖相当明显;当 CCl_4刺激因素去除后,FSC 活化程度减低,增殖减少。桃仁预防组阳性细胞少于预防对照组,提示当 CCl_4刺激时,桃仁提取物在某种程度上抑制了 FSC 活化和增殖;桃仁治疗组各例切片中很难找到阳性细胞,提示桃仁提取物在 CCl_1刺激因素去除后,抑制了 FSC 进一步活化和增殖。推测桃仁提取物抗肝纤维化的作用机制与其对 FSC 的影响有关。

Abstract:64 rats were divided into 5 groups; I ,II , IIII , IV and normal control. Experimental hep atic fibrosis were induced mostly by carbon tetrachloride in rats of all groups except those of normal control. Extract from Semen Persical was given during the modeling of experimental hepatic fibrosis in group I and after the modeling of experimental hepatic fibrosis in group III . Normal saline was given during the modeling in group I and after the modeling in group IV. The numbers of fatstoring cells (FSC) in the hepatic paraffin sections of the rats in all groups were measured by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that the numbers of FSC of the rats in group I and group IV were greater than those in normal control; the numbers of the FSC of the rats in group I and group I were significantly smaller than those in group II and group IV , respectively. These results suggest that extract from Semen Persical inhibites the activation and proliferation of FSC, which may be involved in the in-hibitive effect of extract from Semen Persica! on hepatic fibrosis.
