摘    要:目的探讨双源64层螺旋CT(64-slice muhislice computed tomography,MSCT)成像应用于冠脉介入术后随访、冠状动脉评价的价值。方法选择PCI术后需要影象学随访或疑诊再狭窄者,行MSCT成像,并对部分病例行冠状动脉造影,与冠状动脉造影进行比较,评价其敏感性、特异性。结果MSCT成像显示冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的敏感性、特异性较高,尤其是支架两端的血管狭窄;对多数支架的血管内膜增生程度和管腔评价有一定的临床应用价值。结论MSCT成像技术能够较好地显示冠状动脉支架的位置和形态学特征,具有较高的特异性、敏感性,可满意的用于支架置入术后的随访。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of coronary in-stent restenosis using 64-slice multislice computed tomography(MSCT) coronary angiography. Methods Patients who were suspected of restenosis or needed follow-up imageology were consecutively investigated using 64-slice spiral computed tomography. Patients underwent coronary angiography were selected according to inclusion criteria. Results 64- MSCT have a good temporal and spatial resolution about obstructive restenosis with acceptable sensitivity and specificity, especially amphi-restenosis in conorany stent. 64-slice spiral CT was a useful tool to assess the coronary stent patency. Conclusion 64-MSCT has high diagnostic accuracy for detecting in-stent restenosis,indicating and suggesting as a useful tool for the follow up after coronary stenting.
