| 摘 要： | 1例肺炎患者，在应用头孢美唑治疗期间服用养阴清肺糖浆后出现面部潮红，大汗，胸闷憋气，呼吸困难，恶心呕吐，上腹疼痛，四肢无力伴麻木等双硫仑样反应，经地塞米松、三磷酸腺苷（ATP）、辅酶A（CoA）、维生素C及其它对症治疗后症状缓解。

A case report on the disulifram-like reaction induced by the combined use of Yangyinqingfei syrup and cefmetazole |

| Abstract: | Disulfiram-like reaction occurred in a patient with pneumonia after the combined treatment with Yangyinqingfei syrup and cefmetazole. The reactions appeared as facial flushing, profusely, chest tightness, suffocation, breathing difficulty, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, weakness with numbness and so on. The symptoms were relieved after the symptomatic treatment with dexamethasone, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), coenzyme A (CoA), and vitamins C. |
