复方甘草酸苷片联合利巴韦林治疗小儿丘疹性肢端皮炎样皮疹

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合利巴韦林治疗小儿丘疹性肢端皮炎样皮疹的疗效,与单独应用利巴韦林作比较。方法:将82例病儿分为2组,对照组(41例)给利巴韦林10 mg。kg~(-1)·d~(-1)、葡萄糖酸钙注射液10 mL、维生素C 1．0 g静脉滴注(静滴);治疗组(41例)给口服复方甘草酸苷片25 mg,tid,并同时静滴对照组药物。疗程均为7 d。观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗d 7时,对照组、治疗组的有效率分别是51％和85％,差异有非常显著意义(P＜0．01)。治疗前后比较,4项评分差异均有非常显著意义(P＜0．01)。治疗d 3的淋巴结、d 7的瘙痒和淋巴结2组比较差异无显著意义(P＞0．05)。而治疗d 3的皮疹情况和瘙痒,d 7的皮疹分布、皮疹情况和淋巴细胞比率,治疗组较对照组下降明显,2组间比较差异均有非常显著意义(P＜0．01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷片联合静滴利巴韦林可有效地治疗小儿丘疹性肢端皮炎样皮疹。

Compound glycyrrhizin tablet combined with ribavirin in treatment of eruption like papular acrodermatitis of childhood

AIM:To observe the efficacy of ribavirin combined with compound glycyrrhizin for treatment of the eruption like papular acrodermatitis of childhood,and compare with that of ribavirin driping alone. METHODS:Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group of 41 patients(M 20,F 21; age(32±s 6)mo)received ribavirin 10 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)with 10% calcium gluconate 10 mL and injection vitamin C1.0,dissolved in 5% glucose injection,iv,gtt,qd.Besides the above-mentioned control group drugs, study group of 41 patients(M 19,F 21;age(31±6)mo)received additional compound glycyrrhizin 25 mg, po,tid.After a common course of seven days treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed and recorded including the average marks in distribution of lesions,the eruption feature of skin rash,pruritus and lymphadenovarix before and after the treatment.RESULTS:The efficacy rates of control group and study group were 51% and 85% respectively,with higher significant difference between the two groups by Ridit analysis (P＜0.01)and also higher significant difference on the marks of four clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment(P＜0.01).At the d 3 and d 7 after therapy,pruritus and lymphadenovarix showed no significant difference(P＞0.05)respectively.But higher significant differences between the two groups involving the erup- tion featare of skin rash and pruritus at d 3 and distribution of lesion,the eruption feature of skin rash and lympho cyte rate at d 7 were revealed(P＜0.01)as well.CONCLUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin tablet combined with ribavirin injection could be more effectively in treating of the eruption like papular acrodermatitis of childhood.
