| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨COBIO.XS尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红细胞、白细胞的结果.方法 随机选取我院650例患者晨尿标本,分别用COBIO.XS和UF-100尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞和白细胞,并对结果进行比较分析.结果 COBIO.XS和UF-100尿沉渣分析仪对红细胞和白细胞的检出率无明显差异,COBIO.XS尿沉渣分析仪对红细胞和白细胞的携带污染率<1%.结论 COBIO.XS全自动尿沉渣分析仪准确度较高,可实现尿液分析的自动化和标准化.

| Abstract: | Objective: To Analyze the clinical application value of the COBIO.XS urnary sediment analyzer about test erythrocyte and leukocyte.Methods: 650 cases of morning urine from our hospital patients were randomly selected,the results of UF-100 and COBIO.XS urnary sediment analyzer were compared.Results: The detection accuracy of erythrocyte and leukocyte were greatly improved by the COBIO.XS urnary sediment analyzer.Conclusion: COBIO.XS urnary sediment analyzer has high accuracy,and it can achieve the automation and standardization of urnary analysis. |
