高效液相色谱法测定罂黄散中吗啡的含量

 目的 建立罂黄散中吗啡含量的测定方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中 吗啡的含量。色谱条件：色谱柱为Hypersil Kromasil C 8 柱（150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流动相：乙腈-0.01 mol/L 磷酸氢二钾-0.005 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠（18:41:41）；流速：1 ml/min；柱温：室温；检测波长：220 nm。 结果 吗啡含量在1.5~30.0 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好（ r =0.9999） ，平均加样回收率为99.16 ％，RSD为1.17％（ n =6）。 结论 所建方法简便、准确、专属性强，可用于罂黄散制剂的质量控制。

Determination of morphine in Yinghuan Powder by HPLC

Objective To determine the content of morphine in Yinghuang Powder by HPLC. Methods The analysis was performed on a Hypersil Kromasil C18 （ 150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column at room temperature with a mobile phase consisting of methyl cyanide -0.01 mol/L dibasic potassium phosphate -0.005 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate （ 18： 41： 41 ） at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results Morphine showed a good linear correlation within the range 1.5 - 30.0 μg/ml （r = 0. 9999） ,The average recovery and RSD were 99.16% and 1.17%, respectively. Conclusions This method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for quality control of Yinghuan Powder.
