口服布地奈德在克罗恩病治疗中的作用

传统糖皮质激素（GCs）是诱导活动性克罗恩病（CD）缓解的有效药物，但长期、大剂量应用GCs可导致一系列全身不良反应。口服布地奈德是一种局部作用于肠道的新型GC制剂，由肝脏首过代谢后全身生物利用度低，诱导轻、中度活动性CD缓解引起的不良反应较传统GCs明显减少，具有较高的安全性。本文就口服布地奈德在CD治疗中的作用作一综述。

Effect of Oral Budesonide in Treatment of Crohn's Disease

Glucocorticoids(GCs) is an effective and well-established therapy for induction of remission in active Crohn’s disease(CD);however,long term and large dose use of GCs is associated with a series of systemic side effects.Oral budesonide,a topically acting novel GC agent,has limited systemic bioavailability and side effects because of the first pass metabolism in liver,and is a safer alternative to traditional GCs for induction of remission in mildly to moderately active CD.This article reviewed the effect of oral budesonide in treatment of CD.
