急性脑梗死患者血清NT-proBNP水平变化及临床意义

目的 探讨血清N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平在急性脑梗死患者中的变化及其临床意义.方法 采用用酶联免疫吸附法测定88例急性期脑梗死患者血清NT-proBNP水平,并以20例健康自愿体检者作为对照组.结果 急性脑梗死组患者血清NT-proBNP水平(300.63±69.0) pg/ml,显著高于健康对照组(42.05±20.97) pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),大(1100.19±1185.46) pg/ml]、中(212.50±87.28) pg/ml]面积脑梗死组血清NT-proBNP水平均显著高于小面积脑梗死组(117.00±56.65) pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 血清NT-proBNP水平在急性脑梗死患者中明显升高,提示其与脑梗死的发生密切相关,可能在脑梗死的发病过程中起重要作用.

Study on the changes of plasma levels of N-terminalpro-B-type natriuretic peptide in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To exeplore the changes of plasma levels of NT-proBNP in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the possible pathophysiologic implications.Methods: Plasma NT-proBNP levels in 88 patients with acut cerebral infarction and 20 persons in healthy controls were determined by chem iluminescence method.Results: The levels of NT-proBNP(300.63±69.0) pg/ml in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the control groups(42.05±20.97) pg/ml(P<0.01),and plasma NT-proBNP levels in patients with large infarction area were significantly higher(1100.19±1185.46) pg/ml than those in the patients with small infarction area(117.00±56.65) pg/ml(P<0.01).Conclusion: Plasma NT-proBNP increases significantly in patients with cerebral infarction,which is highly associated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction,and possibly plays a key role in the pathogenesis cerebral infarction.
