甲型流感的临床特点及中医证候分析(附65例临床分析)

目的分析甲型流感的临床及中医证候特点。方法回顾性分析2011年1~3月收治的65例甲型流感患者的临床特点并进行中医证候分型。结果 63例(96.9%)为轻症病例。除发热外,呼吸道症状以咳嗽(干咳66.2%)、咽痛(63.1%)、流涕(49.2%)多见。主要阳性体征有咽部充血(84.6%)和扁桃体肿大(32.3%)。10.8%的患者白细胞总数下降,15.8%的患者淋巴细胞计数下降。10.8%的患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶﹥40U/L,3.1%的患者天冬氨酸氨基转移酶﹥40U/L。合并急性支气管炎9例(13.8%),合并肺炎2例(3.1%)。中医证型以外感风热多见(67.7%)。结论北京地区甲型流感以轻症为主,中医证型以外感风热证为主。

Analysis on clinical features and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of 65 cases of type A influenza

Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical features and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of type A influenza in Beijing. Methods The clinical characteristics of 65 type A influenza cases from January to March in 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 63 mild cases (96.9%). In addition to fever, respiratory symptoms were common, such as cough (cough without sputum 66.2%), sore throat (63.1%) and rhinorrhea (49.2%). The main positive signs were pharyngeal hyperemia (84.6%) and enlargement of tonsil (32.3%). Total white cell counts decreased in 10.8% of the cases and lymphocyte amounts decreased in 15.8% of the cases. ALT level increased in 10.8% of the patients, and AST level increased in 3.1% of the patients. The common syndrome types were wind-heat syndrome(67.7%). Conclusion Type A influenza in Beijing area were mainly mild, and the most common syndrome types were wind-heat syndrome.
