奥瑞姆自理理论在糖尿病病人中的应用

目的 通过运用奥瑞姆自理理论--护理系统理论对糖尿病病人进行护理干预,提高病人的自我护理能力.方法 将240例糖尿病病人分成2组,观察组120,对照组120例,2组均给予常规护理,观察组运用奥瑞姆自理理论进行护理干预,定期组织病人进行糖尿病知识宣教并给予提供健康咨询,不断提高病人的自理能力.结果 观察组病人掌握糖尿病护理知识水平和自我护理能力明显高于对照组,急慢性并发症发病率明显低于对照组.结论 奥瑞姆自理理论应用于糖尿病病人,有效地提高了糖尿病病人的自我护理能力和生活质量,延缓了疾病的进展,减少了并发症的发生.

Orem self-care theory in the application of diabetes patients

Objective: to improve patient self-care skills through the application of Orem self-care theory on diabetes patients in nursing intervention.Methods:240 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,120 cases in the observation group and 120 cases in the control group.Two groups were treated with routine care and Orem self-care theory was also used in the observation group in nursing intervention.The patients were organized to have regular diabetes knowledge education and health consultation was provided to continuously improve the ability of the patient care.Results:The knowledge level and ability of self-care of the observation group of diabetes care patients were higher than those of the control group,and acute or chronic complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Orem self-care theory applied in diabetes patients effectively improve the diabetes patient self-care ability and the quality of life,delaying the progress of the disease and reducing the complications.
