| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(angioleiomyolipoma,AML)的多层螺旋CT (MSCT)表现特征.方法 回顾性分析经病理或临床证实的24例肾脏AML的 MSCT表现.结果 多脂肪型AML 17例,占71%;少脂肪型AML 5例,占21%;无脂肪型AML 2例,占8%;另外肾脏AML伴出血5例.结论含有脂肪组织是MSCT诊断肾脏AML的特征性表现,诊断无脂肪型AML需结合临床检查.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore multislice spiral CT(MSCT) features of renal angioleiomyolipoma(AML).Methods: The MSCT images of 24 cases of renal AML confirmed by clinical or surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Renal AML with more fat tissue was in 17 cases(71%),renal AML with less fat in 5 cases(21%),and renal AML absent of fat in 2 case(8%).Renal AML with hemorrhage was in 5 cases.Conclusion: Fat tissue in tumour is the main feature with MSCT diagnosing renal AML.Diagnosis of renal AML absent of fat is difficult,and it is necessary to combine with clinical findings. |
