摘    要:目的探讨BAFF分子在肾移植受者外周血单个核细胞的表达情况,并初步探讨该分子与肾移植免疫的关系。方法采用适时定量聚合酶链反应(Real Time-PCR)分别检测肾移植术后1年以内、术后1~3年、术后3年以上患者外周血淋巴细胞B淋巴细胞活化因子(BAFF)分子的表达水平,同时取健康志愿者作对照。结果术后1~3年、术后3年组的BAFF分子的表达均高于健康对照组(P〈0.01),术后1年以内组和健康对照组无明显差异(·P〉0.05)。结论BAFF分子的表达水平有随着移植时间增加而增加的趋势,并有可能参与了肾移植术后的免疫反应。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of B cell activating factor belonging to the TNF family(BAFF) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)from patients with kidney transplantation and preliminary discuss the relationship between BAFF and immunology of renal transplantation.Methods According to the time of their operations,the patients were separated into three groups just as follows: within a year,between one year and three years,and after three years.Moreover,we selected 10 healthy volunteers as compares.The level of BAFF was measured by real time-polymerase chain reaction(Real Time-PCR) in PBMCs from the patients and 10 healthy volunteers.Results In the case of the expression of BAFF,the patients after three years and between one year and three years had a higher level than that in the healthy controls(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in other group compared with the healthy controls(P>0.05).Conclusion These findings indicate that the trend of BAFF's expression gradually increase following the increase of operative time and might play an important role in the pathogenesis of immunity after renal transplantation.
