摘    要:目的通过持续改进护理管理思路与实践,充分调动广大护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,全面提升护理质量、护士教学和科研能力。方法拟订持续改进护理管理思路的具体措施,并组织实施,记录通过改进思路前后各护理指标合格率、论文发表率、参与教与学人数、患者对护理工作满意度等指标。结果改进管理思路后病区管理合格率由95.08%升至98.27%,护理文件书写合格率由95.08%升至98.01%,消毒隔离合格率由97.07%升至99.33%,一级护理合格率由95.08%升至96.14%;论文发表率由20.24%升至52.23%,参加会议交流论文由5.26%升至21.46%;护士参与理论授课人数比例由12.55%升至23.08%、参与临床带教由19.03%升至31.58%、参与继教学习由22.27%升至61.54%;有显著性差异(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论持续改进管理思路可有效提高护理质量、护士教学和科研能力。

Abstract:Objective To fully arouse the general nursing staffs' work enthusiasm and initiative,and to comprehensively promote the nursing quality,the abilities of nursing teaching and the scientific research through continuously improving the thinking and practice of nursing management.Methods The concrete measures of continuously improving the thinking and practice of nursing management were made and implemented.The indexes were recorded before and after improving the thinking,such as the qualified rate of nursing index,the rate of paper publication,the number of participating teaching and learning,and the patients' satisfied degree to nursing work,and so on.Results After management thinking improved,the qualified rate of ward management increased from 95.08% to 98.27%,the qualified rate of nursing document writing from 95.08% to 98.01%,the qualified rate of disinfection isolation from 97.07% to 99.33%,the qualified rate in grade one nursing from 95.08% to 96.14%,the rate of paper publication from 20.24% to 52.23%,the paper exchange for the conference from 5.26% to 21.46%;the proportion of participating in the theory teaching,clinical teaching and continuing education raised 12.55% vs 23.08%,19.03% vs 31.58%,22.27% vs 61.54%,respectively;the differences were remarkably significant(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusions Constantly improving management thinking can effectively prompt the nursing quality and nurse's abilities in teaching and scientific research.
