电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体的混浊状况

摘    要:目的了解电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体混浊情况。方法选择深圳市2个生产电子通讯设备公司的微波作业人员进行职业健康检查,指测眼压,排除青光眼,散瞳,由高年资眼科医师进行眼晶状体裂隙灯检查,详细记录晶状体混浊情况。分别比较上岗前与在岗期间晶状体混浊率的差异,分析晶状体混浊与工龄及年龄的关系。结果共检查1621人,上岗前晶状体混浊检出率为2.03%(4/197),在岗期间晶状体混浊检出率为12.85%(183/1424),检出率差异有统计学意义(x2=19.86,P〈0.01)。工龄2~4a间晶状体混浊检出率最高,为20.24%(86/425)。严重程度(+++)的检出率,随工龄的增加而增高。结论电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体混浊与工龄有关,工龄越长混浊程度越重,所以定期的职业健康检查及做好个人职业卫生防护是必须的。
