电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体的混浊状况

目的了解电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体混浊情况。方法选择深圳市2个生产电子通讯设备公司的微波作业人员进行职业健康检查，指测眼压，排除青光眼，散瞳，由高年资眼科医师进行眼晶状体裂隙灯检查，详细记录晶状体混浊情况。分别比较上岗前与在岗期间晶状体混浊率的差异，分析晶状体混浊与工龄及年龄的关系。结果共检查1621人，上岗前晶状体混浊检出率为2．03％（4／197），在岗期间晶状体混浊检出率为12．85％（183／1424），检出率差异有统计学意义（x2=19．86，P〈0．01）。工龄2～4a间晶状体混浊检出率最高，为20．24％（86／425）。严重程度（＋＋＋）的检出率，随工龄的增加而增高。结论电子通讯设备微波作业人员眼晶状体混浊与工龄有关，工龄越长混浊程度越重，所以定期的职业健康检查及做好个人职业卫生防护是必须的。
