垂体泌乳素瘤性不孕症的药物治疗效果探讨

摘    要:目的探讨单纯药物治疗垂体泌乳素微腺瘤(瘤体直径<1.0cm)和巨腺瘤(瘤体直径>1.0cm)所致不孕症的效果。方法选择32例垂体性不孕患者,其中微腺瘤22例,巨腺瘤10例,用溴隐亭治疗。部分病例加用克罗米酚和hCG或hMG辅助治疗。结果31例妊娠,30例足月分娩。产后随诊治疗30例,其中4例腺瘤消失,22例瘤体明显缩小,4例无明显改变。结论对于瘤体不是太大,无压迫症状的不孕患者,单纯用药物保守治疗也能取得较满意的效果,不一定非要选择手术治疗,以确保患者达到希望生育的目的。

Abstract:Objective: Discussing the effect on pure medicine treatment for female sterility as a result of prolactionma. Methods: Choosing 32 examples of female sterility refered to pituitary, in which contained 22 micro pituitary adenoma examples and 10 great pituitary adenoma examples. Giving them teatment with bromocriptine part of example add supplymentary treatment using clomiphene citrate and hCG or hMG. Results: 31 examples pregnancies, 30 examples of which are the full-term babybirths. Post-natal 30 examples were given a post-natal follow-up treatment. Among them, adenoma vanished in 4 examples, gland obviously reduced in 22 examples and the other had not obvious change. Conclusion: To such sterile patients that her gland is not toobig and there not exist oppression sympsom, pure medicine treatment can also obtain a satisfactory effect rather must take surgery treatment, thus this treatment guarantee the patient to achieve their hope of procreation.
