Abstract:Belamcanda Chinensis is a commonly used Chinese medicinal material in China, which has abundant resources, wide distribution and broad prospects for development and utilization. The chemical compositions are rich in B. chinensis, including flavonoids, triterpenes, volatile oils, steroids.etc. Traditionally, isoflavones are considered to be the main medicinal ingredients. Based on the summarization of its chemical components and pharmacological effects, the Q-Markers of B. chinensis are predicted from the aspects of chemical components, traditional properties, detectable components, different producing areas, collecting periods, components entering blood and different compatibility environments. It was found that iris, iris flavin, wild kite flavin, eucalyptin and mangiferin were the most significant, which can provide basis for clarifying the Q-Markers and establishing scientific quality standards of B. chinensis.
