| 摘 要： | 目的 了解海军海勤及岸勤人员的个性、能力、心理素质状况,为开展有的放矢的心理指导提供依据。方法 采用CPI调查表对海军某部人员404 人进行测评。结果 答卷回收率97 .52 % ,有效率80 .96 % ;人格类型常规- 趋向外向者占48 .59 % ,常规- 趋向内向者26 .65 % ;个人整合、实现潜能的平均级别为4 ;低于50T 分的量表海勤人员4 个,岸勤人员7个。结论 海勤人员素质较岸勤人员优异;群体中约19 % 的人员应引起各级管理人员的关注。

| Abstract: | Objective The personality, capability and psychological disposition in naval crew and naval base staff were surveyed to get background materials for effective mental health intervention. Methods 404 of naval staff were tested, using CPI questionnaire. Results Recovery ratio 97.52%, effective rate 80.96%. Personality classification: conventional tendency extrovert 48.59%; conventional tendency introvert 26.65%, the average grade of personal integration and realized potential energy was 4. Number under 50Ts: crew staff was 4, base staff was 7. Conclusion The crew were superior to base staff in disposition,managers should pay more attention to mental health status in 19% of staff. |
