烟草尘与恶性肿瘤回顾性队列研究

为了分析烟草尘对卷烟厂职工恶性肿瘤死亡专率的影响，采用回顾性队列研究的方法，对河南、黑龙江两省某两卷烟厂１９８２～１９９４年间的职工进行恶性肿瘤死因分析。以队列成员中的非暴露于烟草尘组为内对照，比较两组间的恶性肿瘤死亡专率的差异。结果不论男女职工，暴露组的恶性肿瘤死亡专率均显著高于非暴露组，且可能存在剂量－反应关系。说明接触烟草尘可能是恶性肿瘤死亡的危险因素，且吸烟和接触烟草尘对恶性肿瘤可能存在协同作用。

A retrospective cobort study on relationship between tobacco dust and malignant tumor

Deaths caused by malignant tumor during 1982 to 1994 in workers of two cigarette factories in Henan and Heilongjiang provinces were analyzed with a retroapective cohort method to study the effects of tobacco dust on them , with unexposed members of the cohort as an internal control group in comparison of the difference in their cancer specific mortalities. Results showed that cancer specific mortality in exposed workers , both for males and females , was significantly higher than that in unexposed ones , with a dose-response relationship. It suggests that tobacco ex- posure may be a risk factor contributing to deaths of malignant tumor , and smoking may have syn- ergic effects On them.
