海带和裙带菜碘及微量元素含量的测定

摘    要:目的:测定海带和裙带菜碘及微量元素的含量及分布。方法:用碘离子选择性电极测定碘含量,用原子发射光谱分析法测定微量元素在海带和裙带菜不同部位的含量。结果:裙带菜茎的含碘量最高,Mg、Ca、P、Fe、Al的含量比较高,在裙带菜根和叶中测出了微量的Se,重金属元素Pb含量很少。结论:对海藻的生产和食用具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:the contents and distribution of Iodine and trace element in Laminaria japonica and Underia pinnatifida are determined. Determine methods:use iodine-ion-selective electrode to determine content of iodine,plasma-spec-Ⅱis used to determine the contents in different parts of Laminaria japonica and Underia pinnatifida. Results:the content of Iodine in the Stalk of Underia pinnatifida is highest and the contents of Mg? Ca? P?Fe?Al is higher. Se is determined in the root and leaf of Underia pinnatifida, but the content of Pb is less. Conclusion:it is very important to the product and feeding of the algae.
