| 摘 要： | 的研究骨髓坏死的临床意义。方法从 1995年至今，我院已发现骨髓坏死 5例，我们对这些病例的临床表现及诊断进行描述和分析。结果这 5例骨髓坏死的原发病均为恶性疾病 (2例胃癌， 1例肺癌， 1例急性淋巴细胞白血病， 1例多发性骨髓瘤 )，临床上有骨痛，贫血和发热。所有病例均有贫血，平均血红蛋白 <60g/L，白细胞 (2.9～ 26.3)× 109/L，血小板减少。血清乳酸脱氢酶 (518～ 2417U/L)及碱性磷酸酶 (142～ 265U/L)均增高。骨髓象显示骨髓中组织和基质的大片坏死。结论骨髓坏死是一个少见的临床综合征，其后常隐藏着恶性疾病，预后差。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of the bone marrow necrosis. Methods The clinical feature and diagnosis of 5 patients with bone marrow necrosis were analysed. Results the five cases of bone marrow necrosis were in association with malignant diseases (2 gastric cancer, 1 lung cancer,1 acute lymphoblastic leukemia, 1 multiple myeloma).These patients presented with bone pain, anemia and fever.
