老年人左心功能量化分级方法的研究(附120例心导纳微分图分析)

摘    要:采用心导纳微分图对老年与老年前期健康人各60例的心脏功能进行分析.结果显示:老年组较老年前期组总外周阻力(TPR)增加及血管顺应性(C)减退明显(P<0.01);心肌收缩力减弱(P<0.05)、心搏出量减少(P<0.05).根据老年人心功能降低演变缓慢及临床表现不典型的特点,作者提出老年人量化六级心功能分级评分标准,采取计算积分及心功能级指数(CFGI)方法,为判断病情及估计预后提供客观指标.

Abstract:In this paper we analysed the cardiac function of 60 aged and 60 preaged healthy subjects using admittance differential cardiograph. The results showed that the total peripheral resistance was significantly higher and the vascular compliance lower (P<0.01), contractility of myocardium weakened(P<0.05) ,and trock volume decreased(P<0.05)in the aged group compared with the preaged. According to the character of the change decreasing slowly of cardiac function and untypical clinical expression in the aged, we prompt the six digital and scoring standards for cardiac function in the aged by the method of calculating the integration and cardiac function grade index (CFGI). it may offer an objective indicator for estimating the condition and assessing the prognosis of the heart disease.
