| 摘 要： | 目的：研究四磨汤咀嚼片质量标准。方法：用薄层色谱法（TLC）鉴别木香、乌药、槟榔，用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定柚皮苷的含量。结果：TLC色谱斑点清晰，重现性好；含量测定平均回收率为100．29％，RSD为1．5％。结论：本方法简便，准确，专属性强，可有效控制该产品质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the quality standard of Simotang chewable tablets. METHODS RadixAucklandiae, Radix Linderae and Pericarpium Arecae in Simotang chewable tablets were identified by TLC. The content of naringin in this preparation was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Radix Aucklandiae , Radix Linderae and Pericarpium Arecae could be detected obviously by TLC. The average recovery of naringin was 100.29%, RSD = 1.5%. ODNCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable. The quality standard is capable of effectively controlling the quality of Simotang chewable tablets. |
