| 摘 要： | 国内首例KID综合征患者于2003年诊断后,连续6年随访.至2008年发现背部出现隆起性结节,外表轻度渗出和黏附性角化性鳞屑.4个月后,在其左前臂发生另一肿瘤.两肿瘤相继切除,经组织病理检查提示两肿瘤分别为高分化鳞状细胞癌和增生性外毛根鞘瘤.

| Abstract: | veloped on the back; 4 months later, another tu-mor developed on the left forearm. Both tumors were removed by surgical operation. Histopathologic diagno-sis of the two tumors was squamous cell carcinoma and proliferating trichilemmal tumor, respectively. |
