大承气汤加味治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床观察

目的:观察大承气汤加味治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)的治疗效果。方法:将90例SAP患者按完全随机法分成大承气汤加味组47例,对照组43例,对照组给予禁食、胃肠减压、应用抑制胰腺外分泌及抑制胰酶活性制剂、广谱抗生素和支持对症处理等常规治疗,大承气汤加味组在常规治疗的基础上加用大承气汤加味治疗。观察两组患者的胃肠减压、血淀粉酶恢复正常和住院时间、并发症发生率及病死率。结果:大承气汤加味组患者在胃肠减压、血淀粉酶恢复正常和住院时间方面均短于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:SAP患者在进行常规治疗的同时应用大承气汤加味可改善肠道功能,缩短病程,减少并发症发生率,改善患者的预后。

Dachengqi Decoction in the Treatment for Patients of Severe Acute Pancreatitis(SAP)

Objective:To investigate the effect of Dachengqi decoction treatment for patients of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:90 cases of SAP were randomly divided into treatment group(n=47)and control group(n=43).Conventional treatment were administrated to control group,while Dachengqi decoction were added to treatment group.The days of gastrointestinal decompression,hyperamylasemia,average days of hospitalization,complication and mortality was compared.Results:The days of gastrointestinal decompression,hyperamylasemia,average days of hospitalization,complication and mortality in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05or<0.01).Conclusion:Based on conventional therapy,Dachengqi decoction could improve gastrointestinal of SAP,shorten course of disease,reduce the occurrence of complication and improve the prognosis.
