上海市学校饮水卫生管理现状调查及监管对策

[目的]了解上海市学校饮水卫生管理现状。[方法]采用调查表对上海市所有在册学校饮水类别和卫生管理措施落实情况进行普查。[结果]饮水类别以开水和桶装纯净水为主。中小学饮水卫生管理制度总体健全而民工子弟学校较差。开水和沙滤水卫生管理措施落实得较好而桶装纯净水和水处理设备供水相对较差。主要问题是对外来饮水产品索证意识不强,饮水设施设备清洗消毒工作未落实。[结论]应以民工子弟学校为重点,加强学校饮水卫生宣传和监督指导,尤应加强外来饮水产品索证和饮水设施设备清洗消毒,防止饮水中毒事件发生。

Investigation and supervision countermeasures on the status of school drinking water hygienic management in Shanghai

[ Objective ] To know the status of drinking water hygienic management in schools of Shanghai. [Methods] A questionnaire about the category of drinking water and the implementation of hygienic management measures was conducted in all registered schools of Shanghai. [ Results ] Boiled water and bottled purified water were the main category. The hygienic management systems was sound in primary and secondary schools but was rather weak in schools for migrant workers＇ children. Hygienic management measures were better implemented on boiled water and sand filtered water but were comparatively poorly implemented on bottled purified water and with treatment equipment water. The main problem was that schools did not have a strong sense of obtaining certificates of external water supply products and hade not implemented the cleansing and disinfection on water - related facilities and equipments. [ Conclusion] Focusing on the schools for migrant workers＇ children, propagation, supervision and guidance should be enhanced to prevent drinking water intoxication incidents, while obtaining certificates of external water supply products, cleansing and disinfection work on water -related facilities and equipments should also be strengthened.
