| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨培哚普利(PE)对高血压左室肥厚(LVH)消退及心肌复极离散的影响.方法 高血压合并LVH患者45例应用PE治疗2年中,随访观察超声心动图LVH消退及心电图复极离散(QTd)的变化.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后观察期内,血压显著下降(P＜0.01),LVH呈进行性消退(P＜0.01),QTd明显缩短(P＜0.01).结论 应用PE治疗高血压合并LVH全程观察期内,显著稳定降压的同时,可以使LVH消退,QTd缩短,心肌复极电稳定性增加.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) regression and myocardial repolarization electrical stability by perindopril in antihypertensive.MethodsForty-five patients with essential hypertension(EH) and LVH were given perindopril for two years.We observed LVH regression according to echocardiography and the alteration of repolarization dispersion(QTd) from ECG.ResultsAfter treatment with perindopril,both systolic and diastolic blood pressure obviously reduced.LVH regressed progressively(P<0.01) and QTd decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01).ConclusionAfter antihypertension treatment with perindopril,blood pressure can reduce steadily,LVH can regress,QTd can decrease and myocardial electrical stability can increase. |
