一种中药复方洗液抑菌效果及毒性试验观察

用纸片扩散法和动物试验对洁康舒中药复方洗液的抑菌效果和毒性进行了试验观察。结果,以体积分数2.5%的该中药复方洗液对大肠杆菌、白色念球菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌均有较好的抑菌效果;3.3%的该洗液对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。小鼠急性经口毒性试验显示属实际无毒级;其原液对家兔皮肤,阴道黏膜均无刺激性。结论,洁康舒洗液具有良好的抑菌作用,毒性低、无刺激性,性能稳定。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON BACTERIOSTATIC EFFICACY AND TOXICITY OF COMPOUND LOTION OF CHINESE DRUGS

Paper diffusion method and animal test were used to observe experimentally the bacteriostatic efficacy and toxicity of Jie-Kang-Shu compound lotion of Chinese drugs. Results: 2.5%(v/v) solution of the lotion had good efficacy in inhibiting Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. 3.3% solution of the lotion had efficacy in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus. Mouse acute oral toxicity test indicated that it belonged to practically non-toxic class. Its stock solution was non-irritating to rabbit skin and vaginal mucosa. Conclusion: Jie-Kang-Shu lotion has good bacterio static efficacy and low toxicity and is non-irritating and stable.
