贯众水提取液对感染柯萨奇B_3病毒的培养大鼠心肌细胞的影响

目的 ]探讨贯众水提取液对感染柯萨奇B3 病毒的大鼠心肌细胞的抗病毒和保护作用 .方法 ]实验取新生SD大鼠的乳鼠心室肌制备搏动心肌细胞 ,培养 48h后接种 10 3 TCID50 的柯萨奇B3 病毒做为实验性病毒性心肌炎模型 .结果 ]贯众水提取液和炙甘草汤的同时加药组和 1h后加药组大鼠心肌细胞释放的乳酸脱氢酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶活性明显降低 ,感染 12h后加药组效果明显减弱 ,而 2 4h后加药组则无效 .结论 ]贯众水提取液对感染柯萨奇B3 病毒的SD大鼠培养心肌细胞具有抗病毒和保护作用 ,应早期应用

Effects of extract of Dryopteris Crasirhitom Nakai on cultured rat myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B3

OBJECTIVE To study the anti-virus and protecting effects of extract of Dryopteris Crasirhitom Nakai on cultured rat myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3. METHODS The beating myocardial cells were obtained from the ventricular myocardium of newborn Sparaque-Dawley rats and incubated for 48 hours and inoculated with 10 3TCID 50 of Coxsackie virus B 3 as experimental model of viral myocarditis. RESULTS The Dryopteris Crasirhitom Nakai and DPL in both groups could reduce the levels of lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate transaminase released by the cells, but the effects were decreased after 12 h of infection and there was been of no effects after 24 h of infection. CONCLUSION Dryopteris Crasirhitom Nakai have good effects of anti-virus and protecting myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie virus B 3 and should be used in the early infected period.
