口腔幽门螺杆菌与复发性口腔溃疡及消化道疾病相关性研究

目的研究幽门螺杆菌（HP）对复发性口腔溃疡（RAU）与消化性溃疡（PU）的影响，并探讨其关联及意义。方法PU组60例，RAU组60例，PU和RAU组60例，收集三组的胃粘膜和唾液标本，通过聚合酶链反应（polymerase chain reaction，PCR）对口腔与胃HP进行比较。结果PU和RAU组检验的阳性率明显高于PU组、RAU组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论HP可能参与了RAU的形成，或者是导致RAU反复发作的原因之一，其具体的作用目前还缺少证据，尚有待进一步的研究证实。

Relationship Between Oral Helicobacter pylori and Recurrent Apbtbous Ulcers & Diseases of Digestive Tract

Objective To explore Helicobacter pylori （HP） on recurrent aphthous ulcers （RAU） and peptic ulcer （PU）, and to reveal its relevance and significance. Method Gastric and saliva specimens from patients of PU group （n = 60）, RAU group （n = 60）, and PU and RAU group （n = 60） were detected for oral and gastric HP with polymerase chain reaction. Results The positive rate of PU and RAU group was significantly higher than that in PU group and RAU group, there showed significant difference among the groups（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions HP may be involved in the formation of RAU, or one of the reasons that leads to the repeated attack RAU, its specific role is still a lack of evidence yet to be further substantiated by research.
