| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨使用计算机软件系统自动监测住院患者药品不良反应的技术方法。方法：利用＂触发器＂技术,设计了可自动监测住院患者药物热不良反应的计算机软件系统。以人工监测为对照,对1000例病历进行监测,评价了软件系统的监测效果。结果：软件系统由多个功能模块组成,能自动监测患者体温并对导致体温增高的因素进行分析,暴露出可能的药物热不良反应。与人工监测结果相比,软件监测方法的敏感度66.7%、特异度94.6%、一致性94.2%、正确指数0.61。该软件系统显示了较好的可靠性和可行性。结论：该软件系统能较好地暴露患者药物热的不良反应,提示采用计算机软件技术自动监测住院患者药品不良反应确实可行。
