| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3.0 T MR功能成像多定量参数(K~(trans)、K_(ep)、V_e)与乳腺癌生物学预后因子Ki-67之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的24例女性乳腺癌患者的3.0 T MR动态增强扫描资料,以及病灶各定量参数值(K~(trans)、K_(ep)、V_e)和免疫组化Ki-67阳性表达结果。用秩相关统计方法观察各定量参数与Ki-67阳性表达率间是否存在相关性。结果 K~(trans)值及K_(ep)值与Ki-67阳性表达率统计学上存在正相关关系(P=0.000及P=0.040,均0.05),V_e值与Ki-67阳性表达率无相关关系(P=0.392,0.05)。结论 MRI定量参数K~(trans)、K_(ep)值可作为乳腺癌生物学行为评价的参考指标,具有无创性评价乳腺癌预后的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between quantitative parameters on 3 T MRI and biological prognostic factor in breast cancer. Methods The quantitative parameters (Ktrans, Kep, Ve) on dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and biological prognostic factor (Ki-67) of the lesions were analyzed retrospectively in 24 women with pathologically confirmed breast cancer. The quantitative parameters and expression of Ki-67 were correlated using Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results Ktrans and Kep values were positively correlated with Ki-67 expression (P=0.000, 0.040). Ve value was not correlated with Ki-67 expression (P=0.392). Conclusion Ktrans and Kep may be useful for preoperative noninvasive evaluation of the prognosis of breast cancer. |
