| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法：将７２例急性脑梗死患者随机分成两组：高压氧疗组４２例，对照组３０例，两组均给予常规药物治疗，高压氧疗组同时给予高压氧辅助治疗，１０次为一疗程，共３个疗程。治疗后评价疗效，检测血液流变学进行对比分析。结果：高压氧疗组显效率显著高于对照组，全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原等指标明显降低（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，起效快。

| Abstract: | Objective :To study the effect of Hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods: Seventy-two patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:HBO group and control group.General therapy was given in the two groups.HBO group was treated by hyperbaric oxygenation combined with general therapy.One course of treatment is ten times,Each patient was given three courses.The results of evaluation and homorheology after treatment were compared by statistics.Results: There was obvious difference between the HBO group and the control group(P<0 05) in homorheology.The prognosis of HBO group was better than control group.Conclusion: HBO is a safe and effective method of treatment in acute cerebral infarction. |
