| 摘 要： | 本文报道105例一侧不透明肺中,查出有细胞病理学证实的肺癌32例,占30.5％。经分析研究,作者认为在一侧不透明肺中诊断肺癌的重要指征有如下五点:1、纵隔的非一致性移位;2、在纵隔一致性向患侧移位中,出现气管与心脏的成角移位;3、纵隔疝;4、高电压的正、侧位胸片中出现密度一致性增高的肺内肿块影;5、出现各种各样的肋骨破坏。

| Abstract: | In this paper 105 cases of unilateral radiopaque lung were reported,Among them 32 cases (30.5%) of pulmonary carcinoma were confirmed by cyto-pathalogy. The author considered that there were five important signs for the diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma among unilateral radiopaque lung: (1) inequality of mediastinum displacement. (2) when mediastinum removed equal to the affected side removed trachea and heart will show an angle-form. (3) mediastinum hernia. (4) shadow of high density mass shown in posterioranterior view or laternal view X-ray film under high voltage roentgenography. (5) rib involvement of various types. |
